Terms of Service
For commissioned work: You own the rights to the image you paid for, and can use it anywhere and for any reason, although you may not claim the work as your own. I also reserve the ability to feature all works in my portfolio and on my websites unless otherwise negotiated.
For non-commissioned work: Do not repost my work anywhere without permission. I likely have already featured it on that particular website. Do not use my personal work or commissioned works for commercial purposes without permission.
I do not do Not Safe For Work artwork. I will draw tasteful artistic nudity from time to time but otherwise my work should be all ages if not PG.
I reserve the right to not work with anyone, or to turn down a specific commission pitch. This will mostly be related to artwork or clients that make me feel uncomfortable in some way.
If the scope of the project goes beyond the original agreed upon rate, I reserve the right to charge extra based on my time and resources that are being used.
WILL NOT DO
I will not draw NSFW works or SFW kink work. It's just generally not something I'm comfortable with. This includes fat fetish characters¹, macro/micro, and hyper designs.I will not draw children unless asked ahead of time. Please ask to see if I'm comfortable drawing your child character.I will not work with reference images of pregnant characters, nor will I draw pregnant characters.I will not work with characters described with transphobic² or fetish words. This includes "trap" or "herm" and other terms.I will not work with babyfurs/cubs/ddlg people, even for sfw adult characters. I will block you.
¹ I am PERFECTLY fine drawing fat/overweight characters, however I am uncomfortable working with weight gain/inflation fetish characters.
² I am also PERFECTLY fine drawing trans characters at any point in their transition/presentation, however please leave your slurs out of it.
Commission Process
The process for commissioning me is as follows:
1. DM me on twitter or email me to place an order.
2. Cheap commissions/adopts can be paid through my paypal link, otherwise I will send an invoice.
3. Once paid, I will begin on your commission. Larger commissions (ref sheets, illustrations) I will send a sketch for approval. Smaller commissions (icons, sketches) will not have this step.
4. Once finished, I'll send a preview for approval. Any edits will be made.
5. I will email you high resolution versions of your commission to you at your request.
Voxes (Original Species)
Voxes (singular: Vox) are community creatures that are deeply invested in sound and music. They have large ears and excellent hearing as well as wonderful singing voices and melodic calls. They get their name from the word vox, meaning voice.
